Same performance and results as the gas-powered version?
The E-BEEFBOX has 2600 watts. This is roughly the maximum power available from a standard outlet. In order to achieve roughly the same grilling results as the gas versions (approximately 4200 watts for the BEEFBOX Pro), the heating power of the E-BEEFBOX burner is concentrated over a smaller area. The steak must therefore be placed directly under the burner on the grill grate to achieve the same results as with the gas-powered version.
How are the magnetic buttons on the protective cover attached to the BEEFBOX?
Four magnetic fasteners are included with each protective cover. These must be attached to the left and right sides of the base: push the tabs straight through the openings, then bend them outward.
